Our workshop invites children to discover the joy of creating with their own hands. Guided by tradition and inspired by nature, they mix, shape, taste, and learn through simple, meaningful experiences. Summer – Alpine Hut Lunch:
Once a week during the height of summer, families are invited to experience the UNESCO Dolomites from our own Kalkofen mountain hut. Together with Farmer Hans, children travel by tractor to the alpine pasture, where playful games, a freshly prepared regional lunch, and traditional music create joyful moments in nature. The day can be gently extended with a hike through the Dolomites or an e-bike tour.
Autumn – Farm Day:
Each week, our Farm Day brings South Tyrolean traditions to life for the whole family. A guided walk through the gardens, tasting the season’s harvest, meeting our alpacas, traditional music, roasting chestnuts over the fire, and freshly prepared Kaiserschmarrn invite families to experience the simple beauty of farm life together.
