In winter, nature transforms into a quiet world of snow and light, creating a beautiful setting for skiing beneath the Dolomite peaks and for gentle experiences in harmony with the season. The clear mountain air brings a sense of renewal, while the peaceful atmosphere invites families to slow down and enjoy warm moments together in our living spaces. Snow-covered landscapes, playful discoveries in the snow, encounters with our animals, evenings by the fire, warm water experiences, and seasonal cuisine come together to create a winter experience rooted in nature and connection. With the ski lift and ski school directly at the resort, families can enjoy their winter days in their own rhythm. Our shuttle provides access to the Plose ski area for shared days on the slopes, while gentle winter walks across the Lüsen alpine pastures reveal the quiet beauty of the Dolomites in their winter form.
Our ski lift and complimentary ski pass for the whole family make the first steps into the winter landscape simple and enjoyable. With a magic carpet ski park and our own ski school, children can discover skiing in a playful and natural way.
Plose, the local mountain of Brixen, offers a family-friendly ski experience surrounded by the impressive landscape of the Dolomites. From gentle practice slopes to more challenging descents, the ski area provides space for every level to discover the joy of winter in the mountains.
All these outdoor experiences begin directly at the resort, inviting families to enjoy the beauty and simplicity of winter in their own rhythm. From sledding and ice skating to peaceful winter walks and lantern-lit hikes, the season offers moments of joy and connection for both young and old.
The Lüsen-Rodenecker alpine pastures offer unforgettable winter moments surrounded by untouched nature. Families can enjoy sledding together, a culinary winter walk to the Kreuzwiesenalm Hut, guided snowshoe hikes through the quietness of the snowy landscape, or cross-country skiing with views of the Dolomites.

During Advent, we celebrate the season in an authentic way, inviting families to experience our traditions and Christmas customs up close. Our small winter market fills the air with the scent of freshly baked treats, cinnamon, and fir branches, accompanied by traditional music. A crackling fire invites families to linger, while children listen to Christmas stories and discover the quiet magic of the season. Further moments of joy include baking cookies, creating wreaths, crafting seasonal decorations, and meeting our animals in the snow.
Our intimate winter market invites families to slow down and enjoy the season. A lovingly designed carousel, sheep stable, spacious Fire Lounge with mountain views, and the aroma of winter delicacies create a warm gathering place.
Pony rides through the snow bring joy to children and create lasting memories. Gentle walks with our alpacas through the winter landscape offer moments of connection and calm for the whole family.
