Possible all year round.
Golden light rests over forests and mountains as nature gently returns to a quieter rhythm. Autumn brings a special depth to the Dolomites — a season of calm and gratitude, where the beauty of nature’s cycles can be deeply felt.
Season: September – November
With September, the season of harvest begins in the Dolomites. Warm sunlight, clear mountain air, and forests glowing in autumn colours create a special atmosphere where nature reveals its abundance. Autumn invites us to slow down, become more present, and experience the beauty of each moment with all our senses. Family walks through the autumn landscape, encounters with life on the farm, and harvesting the gifts of the season allow both young and old to feel the changing rhythm of nature. Through creative moments with natural materials, collecting leaves, cones, and chestnuts, or sharing regional specialities, every experience becomes a lasting memory.

Our weekly Farm Day offers a genuine experience of living South Tyrolean traditions shared with the whole family. The day begins with a guided walk through our garden, followed by a tasting of freshly harvested produce. Families can meet our alpacas up close, enjoy traditional music, roast chestnuts together, and savour freshly prepared Kaiserschmarrn in the Manufactory. A moment to experience the rhythms of farm life, connect with nature, and discover the traditions that have shaped this place for generations.
Around Halloween, families discover the playful side of autumn. Together, they carve pumpkins, bring lanterns to life, and gather treasures from the forests and meadows. Creative nature workshops, encounters with the animals on the farm, and small adventures among rustling leaves invite children to experience the beauty of the season with all their senses.
