The story of SAN SONNEA began in 1998 with the Hinteregger family in Lüsen, home to what is now SAN SONNEA Dolomites Family. What started as a small bed & breakfast has grown, through passion, courage, and a deep connection to nature, into an award-winning luxury family resort. From the very beginning, the family pursued a clear vision: to create exceptional places where people can experience the restorative power of nature, find true tranquillity, and enjoy authentic hospitality. Inspired by the traditions of their homeland, Angelika and Hans Hinteregger laid the foundation for everything SAN SONNEA represents today.
Today, Anna and Lukas Hinteregger continue this vision. Under the SAN SONNEA brand, they bring together three unique destinations, united by a shared love of nature, uncompromising quality, and the ambition to create extraordinary experiences for guests from around the world.
